Fullmoon Construction (name anonymized for confidentiality) is a mid-sized construction firm managing multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously. Before our engagement, they operated with a mix of spreadsheets, paper-based tracking, and disconnected software for accounting and payroll.
Key operational pain points included delayed project status visibility, inventory discrepancies between sites, manual timesheet processing for field workers, and difficulty generating accurate profitability reports by project.
We built a modular ERP system tailored to construction operations:
Centralized dashboard showing all active projects with progress tracking, budget vs. actual comparison, and milestone alerts. Project managers can drill down into specific sites to see resource allocation and upcoming deadlines.
